Retreats

In addition to our core programs, Contemplative Pathways also offers retreat experiences from time to time.  These retreats provide an opportunity to nurture community and the contemplative way of life.

Sabbath Days:  A Silent Retreat

April 23 – 25, 220
Location: Tatamagouche Centre

Begins Thursday at 2:00, ending at 1:00 pm on Saturday.

  • Are you longing for a break from the demands of a busy life, or a change of routine that invites slowing down and gentle reflection?
  • Would it sound appealing to spend a few days in a beautiful setting, enjoy being cared for and supported, while letting silence restore your rhythm and perspective?

This retreat offers “Sabbath time”, a change from the daily pace of everyday, with a supportive environment for you to enter the silence, to journal, walk and rest, and simply BE.

Meet the leaders:

Marilyn Burrell has a long-standing interest in the contemplative way of life and the spiritual practices that nurture it.

Linda and Marilyn are members of the leadership team of Contemplative Pathways.

Cost:

Single room:
$420 (total program cost)
