Retreats

In addition to our core programs, Contemplative Pathways also offers retreat experiences from time to time.  These retreats provide an opportunity to nurture community and the contemplative way of life.

Tending your Contemplative Heart:  Living into the Pause

October 21-23, 2019
Location: Tatamagouche Centre

Begins Monday at 2:30, ending with lunch on Wednesday.

Time to slow down, time to break routine, time to be nurtured, time to pause…

This retreat will support those who are following the contemplative path as well as those who are drawn to it. With guiding presentations by leaders Kathy Roy and Bethe Benjamin Cameron, spaciousness for reflection and silence, you will be invited into the “pause” that brings refreshment for the soul.

Meet the leaders:

Kathy Roy is a writer, speaker, and teacher. She offers contemplative leadership as a spiritual director, retreat leader, interfaith minister, and life coach. Kathy lives with her husband in New Brunswick, where she walks local beaches and forest trails gathering inspiration for her life and her work.

Bethe Benjamin Cameron lives from the heart and offers compassion and a listening ear in all aspects of her life and work.  She is a Minister in the United Church of Canada, a spiritual guide, social justice advocate, writer, Grief Recovery Specialist and is skilled in Healing Pathways. She enjoys life with her husband on beautiful PEI and loves when their six adult children come to visit. Being at the beach or in her flower garden makes her very happy.
